My story
My name is Piper Powell, I am 19 years old, and art has been the driving passion behind everything I do! I love to create with all sorts of mediums and materials. My work is heavily influenced by the strange and the spooky, as Tim Burton has been my favorite artist since I can remember. I love creating odd characters that resemble his whimsical and unique style!
My cat Oz, is my favorite little muse, as he inspired not just my brand but so many of my favorite pieces! Taking things we hold closest to our hearts and using them as inspiration to create brings joy and love into every masterpiece made.

Artist statement
am Piper Powell; I am fascinated by a variety of art mediums as I love to experiment and create limitlessly. My work is often described as whimsical and stylized as I strive to stand out with works designed to prioritizes uniqueness. My passion is crafting characters and story arches that appeal to an alternative audience while maintaining Christian themes and values.
I work with a verity of mediums which allows me as an artist not to marry myself to a certain workflow or style, keeping this mentality has helped me develop my process in which I craft my characters. I begin with a drawing of a character, then I paint that drawing to better understand the color and form of the character. Lastly, I sculpt a 3D model from sculpy to complete my Character design process.
My art focuses on whimsical expression and themes of a darker subject matter. Story telling captivates me specifically eerie stories, so I strive to create a story behind every piece I make. Story’s can create connection and inspire the minds of others, bringing us closer together as we engage in brilliance of the imagination. My goal with my work is to inspire others to embrace what makes them unique and to create content that appeals to an alternative audience while maintaining Christian beliefs.
My heart’s desire for my audience is to feel like there is a place for them amongst the stereotypical Christian culture. Just because they look, and dress differently does not mean their hearts are not connected to the Lords. I hope to communicate this with those viewing my work and encourage them in their faith even though they are often misjudged or unreached.
